About Plant Tour
Reservation Process
Select your desired date and course on the website and make a (tentative) reservation.
We will contact you by email within 5 business days to let you know if we are able to comply with your tour request.
The reservation process is complete when you receive a confirmation email regarding your tour. (Reservation complete)
Notes on Application
- Please apply through email or call us. (Generally, we do not accept reservations by fax or physical mail.)
- On our website, we accept tentative reservations for your desired course, date, and time. A plant tour representative will contact you by email within 5 business days to let you know if we are able to comply with your request. If there are any changes in the number of participants, etc., please contact us by email.
- We do not accept applications from travel agencies. We ask that visiting groups/guests make their own reservations directly.
- You can only apply for one slot per group. If you reserve more than one slot, we will cancel your reservation.
- Tours are conducted free of charge.
Tour Information
Tour Dates
Weekdays and public holidays from Monday to Friday (excluding business holidays).
Tour Languages
Tours are conducted in English/Mandarin only. If you prefer another language, please bring an interpreter with you. (There must be one accompanying interpreter for every 20 visitors.)
